Come for the Parade of Homes. Stay for the food and the pets.
The Denver Parade of Homes is always a great source of inspiration. And this year, this free event is coming (again) to Inspiration. You’ll be able to come and check out the latest in home trends and design, every Thursday through Sunday, from 11am to 6pm, August 8 through 25th.
Whether you’re looking for a two-story home for your family, or want to put down new roots in our 55+ community, our four models on the Tour will show the care and detail our builders put into their homes.
And the Parade doesn’t end there. On Sunday, August 18, there will be even more to see. Two of our Parade homes will be hosting Chefs on Parade, with top local chefs and restaurants delivering a traveling gourmet party. And on Sunday, August 25, another of our Parade homes will be paired with the Dumb Friends League, where you can meet some furry friends in need of forever families at Paws on Parade. Imagine… finding your new home AND giving an animal a new home, all in the same weekend!

Our Lennar SuperHome is a two-story home with an attached private suite. (In other words, there is A LOT of space.) The main home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, while the private suite features its own entrance, living area, laundry, bathroom and bedroom (or two). In other words, multi-generational families will have the best of both worlds—privacy and connectivity. The SuperHome is also home to the only Amazon Experience Center in Colorado, completely controlled by Amazon Alexa. (It’s never been easier to turn off the lights or lower the thermostat.)
And if that’s not all cool enough, it will be hosting the Chefs on Parade Sunday, August 18 from 2pm to 4pm. So come for the tour, stay for the snacks!
Don’t need something quite so big? The Apex by Meritage has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of space for gathering with family and friends. The two-story great room and large kitchen with island creates an open and inviting floorplan. And a three-car garage ensures that even your cars and toys get the room they need. Of course, nothing makes a new home better than a new pet, right? So make sure to stop by on Sunday, August 25 from Noon to 4pm for Paws on Parade.
Those looking in our Hilltop 55+ community will love our two ranch-style Toll Brothers models. The Bancroft is an elegant 2-bedroom, 2-bath home with a grand foyer and dedicated study (or additional bedroom).
