At Lennar’s Twice-As-Grand Opening, you can tour not one, but two unique model homes. Which could easily justify a second helping of the tasty treats on the menu.

Lennar has arrived at Inspiration, with homes ranging from 3,200 to 4,122 sq. ft. And priced from the $550s. To celebrate, the Twice-As-Grand Opening will feature great food, fun activities and tours of two model homes, the Prescott and the SuperHome. (More details on the homes in a bit.)

The Grand Opening will be held Saturday, January 27 from 9am-5pm, and Sunday, January 28, from 11am-5pm. Bring your appetite and the kids, too. This event will include good food and a hot cocoa and espresso bar, plus a face painter and craft activities to keep little ones busy.

Then, you’ll be ready to explore Lennar’s two very different model homes. The Prescott features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, plus a private study. Living areas are equally generous. A large, two-story great room connects with ease to a gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room and optional outdoor covered patio. The Prescott is 3,498 square feet and priced from the low $600s.

The SuperHome applies innovative design to multigenerational, or dual family, living situations. Part of Lennar’s Next Gen® — The Home Within a Home® — series, the SuperHome comes with an attached private suite with its own entrance, living room, bedroom and bath, laundry area and kitchenette. Together with the main home, the SuperHome offers 4,122 square feet of living space and is priced from the mid $600s.
