Builder announcement at Inspiration

11 September . 2015

First builders announced

Inspiration Colorado, a new 1,800-home master-planned community in northeast Douglas County, will open with Toll Brothers and CalAtlantic Homes as its first two homebuilders. The community is located one mile south of the Gartrell Road interchange of E-470, bounded on the south by Inspiration Drive and on the north by the Heritage Eagle Bend golf club community. Inspiration Colorado has expansive views of the Front Range to the west and the Black Forest to the east.

Inspiration Colorado is designed as a true intergenerational community, with a choice of homes and amenities specifically designed to meet the needs and interests of buyers at all life stages. An extensive trail system, soccer field, inline hockey rink and sport court, tennis courts and playground are already in place. Construction will begin soon on a new amenity, the Inspiration Club, open to all residents with a resort-style pool, covered pavilion, and outdoor fire pit and grilling area.

Toll Brothers will build in Hilltop at Inspiration, an enclave for residents 55+ that will include a private clubhouse, café, fitness center, outdoor pool, sport courts and event lawns. Toll Brothers will offer more than a dozen customizable ranch-home plans expected to range from the mid-$300,000s to the $800,000s.

CalAtlantic Homes will offer 8 all-new ranch-style plans designed exclusively for Inspiration’s Vistas neighborhood, with prices expected to start in the mid $300s. Homes will range from 1,750 to 2,700 sq. ft. and will offer many options including finished basements and 4-car garages. Giles Patterson, division president of Standard Pacific, cited high recent demand for ranch-home plans among buyers of all ages.

Additional builders will be announced this year for future neighborhoods.
