The Hilltop team has been busy lately, planning a year’s worth of Hilltop events for 2022. Which means our residents are going to be busy in the upcoming year, taking part in all the fun. Here’s a sample of what we’ve got in store:

Sorry, Coronavirus. You may keep us physically distanced. But you can’t keep us apart in spirit. While this summer may be a little different than most, it hasn’t stopped us from having the community events that make Inspiration so … well, inspiring.

New year, new way to live. On Saturday, January 18, 2020 you’re invited to tour three new models by Lennar, the newest builder in Hilltop, our 55+ neighborhood.
The Denver Parade of Homes is always a great source of inspiration. And this year, this free event is coming (again) to Inspiration. You’ll be able to come and check out the latest in home trends and design, every Thursday through Sunday, August 8 through 25th.
We’re calling it the Two Summer Stunners Grand Opening. Because you’re invited to tour not one, but two new model homes by Richmond American Homes from the mid $400s. And yes, they’re lookers.
There’s never a dull moment when you live at Inspiration. Because we have a summer’s worth of events lined up that will ensure you have a beer-tasting, dog-walking, music-listening, yoga-posing good time.
Join us at the Hilltop Block Party. Saturday, June 29, 5-8 pm. We’re celebrating with red, white, blue and barbeque, at Hilltop. It’s a chance for current (and future) residents of Hilltop to gather together for food, fun, live music and a little community competition!
Our signature event series brings forth another season of tasty food, free craft brews, live music, creativity and, of course, friendly faces. So much to look forward to. Hope to see you, every second Friday from June through October at the Inspiration Club, as we live and breathe the art of community. Everyone is invited.
Nothing says spring like a fresh-picked home. (Or several dozens of them.) Come tour ‘em all. Eat yummy treats. And DIY a spring bouquet of the flowers you’ll gather at every stop. Full spree ahead!
On January 19, we're unveiling two new models from Richmond American Homes, at our Two-rrific Grand Opening Event. These one-story homes have everything you could want (and more). Think gourmet kitchens. Airy 10' ceilings. And homesites that back to open space—all starting from the low $500s.
You could say we did it all. And then some. From the kids enjoying popsicles by the pool to having a Nerf war. From special events for our Hilltop 55+ residents to The Spark Event series—where we enjoyed craft beers, live music, art, food trucks and getting to know our neighbors.
The fun stops at Hilltop Village. Seriously. It stops right at the 20 Mile House—and stays there. Because we have something to do every single day. Every single season. For every single resident.
It’s time for our Open House Spree, and you don’t want to miss it. Because we have so many models (16!) to tour and so many quick move-in homes (20+!) to see. Join us every Saturday, September 29–October 13, from 11am–5pm. We promise you’ll have a spree-tacular time.
Our lawn is the place to be this summer — because it's high-season for the Hilltop 55+ Summer Lawn Series in Inspiration. We've booked the best bands — the kind of bands that will get you out of your lawn chair and on your feet. Throw in free craft beer, wine and your favorite lawn games.
We have one more thing to add to your summer schedule. The annual Parade of Homes—every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from August 9th to 26th from 11am to 6pm. And Inspiration is an important stop—with seven featured parade homes to tour.
Come one, come all music-lovers, food-eaters, craft-doers, game players and fun-havers. We're gathering once a month, June through October, for good food, good music and great times.
