It’s time for the Parade of (Seven Inspiration) Homes.
We have one more thing to add to your summer schedule. The annual Parade of Homes—every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from August 9th to 26th from 11am to 6pm. And Inspiration is the biggest stop on the tour—with seven featured parade homes.
Whether you want a one-story, two-story, or just some design ideas, we have just what you’re looking for. Here’s a hint at what you’ll see (although words don’t really do our models justice):
Residence 5A01 from CalAtlantic Homes packs a lot into its one-story plan. Like 3 bedrooms (each with its own en suite bath) and an optional 4-car garage. And if you like to cook, you’ll love the expansive gourmet kitchen.
The Summit by Dream Finders is another one-story home with an open kitchen, 3-car garage, and flexible floorplan. (And just wait until you see the primary suite!)
David Weekley’s Botticelli model is two stories of semi-custom style. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and too-many-to-list upgrades like French doors and a drop zone just for keys and backpacks!
Multi-generational families will love the SuperHome by Lennar. This 2-story truly lives up to its name, and then some. With a main home offering 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, along with an attached private suite with its own entrance, living area, kitchenette and up to 2 bedrooms. Make sure to visit the model’s Amazon Experience Center to see how Alexa can control thermostats, shades, lights and more.
With its large kitchen, two-story great room and seamless connection from the indoors to an outdoor living space, the 3-bedroom Apex by Meritage is perfect for entertaining. And the second-floor laundry room means that the kids just may do their own laundry.
If you’re 55 or over and want a neighborhood just for you, there are two homes to tour in our Hilltop Village. Toll Brothers' Antero and Bancroft models offer one-story living with thoughtful details that fit the way you live. The Bancroft, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths is an entertainer’s dream, with its covered patio and kitchen island looking into the great room. The Antero includes a third-car garage, an expansive great room with fireplace, a spa-like primary bath with soaking tub, and elegant details like stately columns in the foyer.
Come see us this weekend. (Or the next. Or the next.) We’ll be here … and so will your-maybe-new-home.
One more thing: If you’re heading here on a Saturday, make sure to visit our Welcome Wall, where you can cool off with a handcrafted smoothie!
