We’re unveiling three new Lennar models.
Our Terrific Trio Home Tour is on Saturday, September 26th. And we’re doing something a little different with this one. You can view the unveiling of our three new Lennar models from the comfort of your own home.
Pour yourself a cup of coffee, log onto Facebook Live at 10am, then watch as our sales associates will take you on a live video walkthrough of each model. They’ll point out all the special features that make these homes—and Lennar homes in general—such great spaces for how people live today. (This could be the only time you can tour three model homes in your pjs.) Then, if you see something you like and want to see it in person, each model will be available to tour by appointment (although we do recommend losing the slippers and robe for that one).
Want a sneak peek of what you’ll be (virtually) touring? Here are the three we have to see:
SuperHome - approx. 3,882 sq. ft.
Big family? Have a live-in nanny or live-with-you in-laws? There’s plenty of space for everyone with the SuperHome. Aspen - approx. 3,010 sq. ft.
The Aspen is new to Colorado. And Inspiration is the only community that has it. This two-story home has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a 3-car garage. Which means you have room for everybody—and everything. You’ll love the seamless indoor/outdoor living, and how the living area connects to the large deck. And because one day (hopefully soon) we’ll be able to gather again with friends again, there’s a two-story great room and expansive kitchen island (that also happens to be perfect for homework). Somerton - approx. 2,528 sq. ft.
Have more of a one-level lifestyle? This ranch plan is so large and functional, you won’t even miss the second story.
