Toll Brothers at Inspiration Wins 4 Industry Awards
Congratulations to Toll Brothers and Possibilities for Design, the winner and finalist of four Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) awards, from the Denver Home Builders Association. The MAME Awards acknowledge the top achievers in the new home industry, presented to the companies that set the standard of excellence in Denver’s home building industry. This year’s awards recognized the Antero, Trelease, Warren and Carson model homes in Inspiration.
The Antero, gold winner of "Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home 2,601 to 3,200 Sq. Ft.," exemplified the latest in urban farmhouse design. A neutral palette of textures creates a luxurious but livable home. Deconstructed furniture, stone walls and wooden beam ceilings compliment the unique urban character of accents throughout. The intimate relationship between the kitchen and the living room was emphasized and seamlessly blended into one space as the off-white cabinets and espresso island balance effortlessly with the furnishings of the living room. The master suite is the epitome of luxury living with artisan tile work, white cabinetry, charcoal walls, a freestanding tub and walk-in shower.
The Trelease and Warren won silver awards for "Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home 2,001 to 2,600 Sq. Ft."
The Trelease was recognized for its urban industrial design. The use of industrial lighting and fixtures, along with rustic surfaces and textures, created an authentic urban character in this rural setting. This vision is carried into the study and guest room through texturized stone walls and industrial pendants.
The Warren model was recognized for the oversized flex room at the entry that functions as both a study and formal dining room. This space provides a dramatic entry and transitions into the great room, kitchen nook and outdoors seamlessly, with sleek, transitional design. Luxury truly shines in the master bedroom where the furnishings and drapery compliment the Carrera marble and flawless mosaic surroundings of the master bath.
The Carson, silver winner for “Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home under 2,000 Sq. Ft.,” was designed for the buyer who appreciates art, culture, and above all, the nature and beauty of Colorado. A floor to ceiling “Western Wall” offers breathtaking views of the Rockies and seamless indoor/outdoor connection in the great room. To create a second space for seating and conversation the study was developed into a wine room, creating a multi-purpose space where buyers could see themselves entertaining, hosting wine nights, or having a quiet place to read and relax.
Congratulations to Toll Brothers and Possibilities for Design for their outstanding work and much deserved recognition! Don’t miss out on touring these beautiful, award-winning, model homes today.
