Lennar is coming to Hilltop 55+
Just when you thought Hilltop couldn’t get any better, Lennar is bringing more to our village. More collections (two). More floorplans (nine). And more models (three).
But don’t worry. Even with all the variety, you don’t have to be overwhelmed with decisions. Because with Lennar, Everything’s Included®—including stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, air conditioning, hardwood floors, LED lighting and more. Lennar did the research to find out what features and finishes are most desirable, then simply included them in the construction and cost of the home. Prices will start in the low $500s.

Lennar’s new models won’t be opening until early 2020, but we can’t wait to share a little bit about their collections with you.
The Masters Collection:
This collection features four floorplans ranging from 1,749 to 2,301 square feet, and including 2 to 3 bedrooms. The rooms are expansive and inviting, with all the necessities you need to entertain and live effortlessly—from dining nooks to dual vanities.
The Heritage Collection:
Situated on slightly larger homesites, this collection offers five floorplans ranging from 1,874 to 2,737 square feet. From luxurious entryways to three-car garages to elegant primary suites, you’ll find lots of style—all on one level.
